One of the most winning Call of Duty players in history will join the Dallas team in the upcoming Call of Duty League, launching in 2020. Envy Gaming, which owns and operates the Dallas-based Call of Duty team, announced the signing of Ian “Crimsix” Porter today.

Crimsix is a two-time Call of Duty World Champion, in 2014 and 2017, and counts 33 Major tournament wins to his record. He began competing as a Halo player in 2008 and launched his wildly successful professional Call of Duty career in 2012. The 26-year-old is the only player in Call of Duty history to win five back to back ESWC Championships. Originally from Seattle, Crimsix will relocate to Dallas to train at the new Envy Gaming practice facility.
